To start, we scanned Peppa in 3D to capture her exact dimensions. From there, our CVP machine automatically created a right-sized box that used just the right amount of corrugated material — no excess, no void fill, no waste. The result? A snug, sustainable package that gets the job done efficiently and responsibly.
